What it is about
Shakespeare Avenue is my most relaxed song yet, combining influences like Santana, Gary Moore and many other, more bluesy artists. Still, I would say the main riff is inspired by modern prog artists like Nolly or Plini. Shakespeare Avenue is the street I used to live in during my semester abroad in Chicago, and the song reminds me of relaxed, sunny Sunday mornings there, just walking around the neighbourhood without having much to do.
