Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together; or
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, if you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately; or
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces; or
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item, if you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vanessa Jung Guitar, Jungbuschstraße 18, 68159 Mannheim, Germany, phone: +49 176 43755320, email: ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically. If you make use of this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. music downloads), if you have expressly consented to the performance of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
